Aeronautical Development Agency Recruitment 2012 for Scientists


Aeronautical Development Agency or ADA was established by the Government of India under the Ministry of Defence in 1984. It is research and development nodal agency basically for the design and development of LCA programme. A Silicon Trophy has been awarded to ADA. It is involved in the development, design, flight testing and production of Tejas. It has more than 100 work centres for advance stage.

ADA needs experienced and dedicated professionals for its organisations. For this, it invites applications from Indian Nationals for various posts of Scientists/ Engineers in various groups and grades. Candidates who find themselves suitable can apply before 10th March 2012. Mode of applying is online only and applications send through any other means will not be accepted. Selection will be through a personal interview.

Total 45 vacancies are for the post of Scientists/ Engineers. Out of these, 4 posts are for Scientists/ Engineer ‘F’, 4 are for Scientist/ Engineer ‘E’, 15 are for Scientist/ Engineer ‘D’ and rest 22 posts are for Scientist/ Engineer ‘C’.
Pay scale: Grade F and E are under the pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- while other two positions are under the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- with relevant grade pay.
Qualification and experience: Degree of B.E./ B.Tech or M.E/ M.Tech is required for all the above vacancies. But, minimum 13 years of relevant experience is required for F grade scientists, candidates should posses at least 10 years of relevant experience for E grade and minimum 7/ 3 years of relevant experience is necessary for grade D/C respectively.
