Canara Bank Recruitment 2012 for Probationary Officers
A state owned financial services company in India is a bank with the name as Canara Bank. Basically it was setup in 1906 at Mangalore as Canara Hindu Permanent fund. Canara Bank has released an advertisement for the recruitment of Probationary Officers for a probation period of 2 years under Recruitment project-1/2012. For this, it invites applications from Indian Nationals. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online only between 30th January 2012 to 15th February 2012. Applications send through any other means will not be accepted. Selection will be based on the score obtained in stipulated CWE for Po/ MTs and after that shortlisted candidates will be called for group discussion and interview.
Total 2000 posts of Probationary Officers in JMG Scale I is vacant under the pay scale of Rs.14500-25700/-. Candidates must have a valid CWE score card.
Eligibility: Candidates applying for this post should have graduation degree with minimum 60% marks. Other than this, candidates should also have knowledge of computer systems and working knowledge of Hindi language. Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years of age is require.
