Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya is also known as RGPV. It was established in 1998 by the Government of India with the name as State Technological University of Madhya Pradesh. It is commonly known as Rajiv Gandhi Technical University situated at Bhopal of Madhya Pradesh. It is a multi campus affiliating university and it itself is affiliated to UGC. All the institutes and colleges under RGPV offers higher education in the field of engineering, technology, pharmacy and science. It is recognised as a centre of excellence. Around 220 engineering colleges, 100 pharmacy colleges, 88 MCA colleges and 5 architectural colleges are affiliated with this university.
RGPV is seeking highly qualified, dedicated and academically productive faculty members from Indian nationals who have strong commitment in innovative teaching and high quality research in various subjects for appointment on regular basis. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the University of Polytechnic before 9th March 2012 but last date for other posts is 20th February 2012.
